Colombia - Medium Roast

A legacy coffee. Tasting notes are chocolate, caramel, & nuts with a mild, sweet citrus. One of the most versatile coffees we have available, and able to shine through in a variety of grind settings and brew methods. Use it for espresso, pour-overs, drip coffee, french press, and everything in between.

This bean is grown in the heart of Colombia, at high altitudes, limiting mycotoxins, and maintaining the coffee's purity. The beans are grown in soil enriched by volcanic ash which produces naturally sweet coffee flavors.

100% Arabica. Roasted Medium. Also available in Light or Dark Roast varieties.
