Colombia - Light Roast

A legacy coffee. Tasting notes are chocolate, caramel, & nuts with a mild, sweet citrus as a medium roast. As a light roast, these characteristics are even more pronounced and vibrant, particularly the citrus. Even as a light roast this coffee is incredibly versatile, but particularly boasts in its performance as a good "first cup of the day".

This bean is grown in the heart of Colombia, at high altitudes, limiting mycotoxins, and maintaining the coffee's purity. The beans are grown in soil enriched by volcanic ash which produces naturally sweet coffee flavors.

100% Arabica. Roasted Light. Also available in Dark or Medium Roast varieties.
