Heirloom cultivars from the Sidamo region of Ethiopia, with berry, cherry, & jam tasting notes. This is likely our most complex coffee, meant to be brewed attentively, sipped slowly, and appreciated.
Ethiopia is considered by most to be the birthplace of coffee, and legend has it that we owe its discovery to an ancient goat herder who fed the beans to his flock and observed a noticeable increase in their energy levels.
