Our Swiss Water Process Decaf is one of the most versatile coffees we have available, and able to shine through in a variety of grind settings and brew methods. Use it for espresso, pour-overs, drip coffee, french press, and everything in between.
The Swiss Water Process is a chemical-free method of decaffeinating coffee beans, utilizing only the purest hot water to soak the raw beans in. This process eliminates virtually all of the caffeine down to trace amounts while maintaining flavor and smoothness.
This bean is grown in the heart of Colombia, at high altitudes, limiting mycotoxins, and maintaining the coffee's purity. The beans are grown in soil enriched by volcanic ash which produces naturally sweet coffee flavors.
